Having walked up the aisle almost four years ago myself - in hindsight I know now I needed the services of a Wedding Planner. Of course without the long hours and hard work put in by my family and friends my Wedding Day would never have been the success it actually was.
However, I am one of the lucky ones - I have a Certificate in Hotel and Catering Supervision, a Diploma in Hotel Management and a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) in Tourism and Hospitality Management. Having gained invaluable experience while working in Ashford Castle Hotel and as a member of the management team in St. Clerans Country Manor, organising my own wedding was something I was highly qualified to do.
